Hugo Fejgielman is a Spanish composer based in Den Haag, Netherlands.

He has composed original soundtracks for a range of international films, including  "Cowdem” (2024, dir. Samar Khan), “Ways of Landmaking” (2023, dir. Sandipan Nath), “Alef” (2022, dir. Valeria Kosogorova) and “To the Touch” (2021, dir. Andrey Buyanov). He also collaborated in the acclaimed short film “Creepy” (2022, dir. M. Boreysha).

Inspired by great romantic symphonies and modern electronic film scores, his broad musical spectrum ranges from intimate orchestral landscapes to haunting synth soundtracks, and everything in between. His hybrid style has led him to collaborate with many filmmakers and artists, and earned him numerous awards and performances at reputable venues such as the Amare Concert Hall in Netherlands and the Auditorio Nacional in Spain.

Classically trained in piano and cello, he started studying composition in his hometown, graduating with maximum honors from the Madrid Amaniel Conservatory. After, he continued his studies at the prestigious Tchaikovsky Conservatory with a full scholarship, before he relocated to the Netherlands where he completed his education at the Royal Conservatory in Den Haag. Now he specializes in film music, and spends his evenings in his studio in Den Haag, composing original soundtracks to bring new images into life.

Beyond film, his instrumental and electronic works have been performed across Europe and the U.S., featured in venues and festivals in Spain, England, Sweden and the Netherlands, among others.
